Ten minutes before the start, there is a crowd at the registration desk, the Wi‑Fi is lagging, and the paper list no longer matches reality. Guest QR check-in in LeWish moves entry check-ins to a volunteer’s smartphone: scan — green status — guest is in. It works offline-first: check-in marks are saved locally and synced once the network connection is restored. QR scan at entry: guest name and status on screen. Volunteer browser interface — no app installation required. Check-in is enabled from the LeWish B2B dashboard. Guest and Hostess Journey An attendee receives a QR code in their confirmation email or on the registration page. At entry, they show their screen — a volunteer scans it with a camera via the web interface. Duplicates are immediately highlighted in red along with the timestamp of the first entry.
